Rating???

Would someone please explain how the rating works. Is each post rated or the topic of the thread. Who does the rating?

If I've overlooked the explaination/answers to these questions, I sincerely apologize.

Good Morning! If you will look at the bottom of the page under the last post, you will see "Rate this Thread". You can give each thread your rating.....but only once.

If you need further info, just let me know!!

maybe i missed it, but how far down do you go ?? i didnt see it
also does that change what is said under your name on the left? where mine says new neighbor?
