Do you decorate your home for ALL of the holidays?

I always enjoy decorating especially for Christmas/New Year. But this year going to be a big pleasure since Kenny has not even seen the house nor John and been awhile since Pinky saw any of my decorations also. Not sure what size tree I will have this year space is a prob now but will have one. Got a Gingerbread House filled with g-bread men cookies but I only bought it for the house as part of my deco for this year and of course will wrap it good and have it for future years. Happy decorating all

I decorate big for Halloween and Christmas. Sorta big for Easter. The rest of the holidays get at least a door decoration but usually just that.
Hubby took over the Halloween decorating. This year, because we had the Halloween party, he ended up decorating the front and back yards. It was a lot of work for him but he had the time with being out of work.
I do the Christmas. He helps a little and my son too, but I do most of it. He has promised me that I can decorate the Christmas tree with all my Barbie ornaments one of these years. I just need a few more to be able to fill the tree.

I also love to decorate and even though the kids are grown the grands love it all. Each year I choose a colour theme for my decorations both oon the tree and around the house as well as for wrapping gifts. Last year I used pale pink and silver, have had pale blue and silver, red, gold, silver, and many combinations. I have a beautiful nativity set that goes up and always lights both outside and inside.
We also have a tradition of going light-looking, and have done it for as long as I can remember.

Yes I decorate for most holidays. I do a lot for the children which includes the clingy stickies for the windows, tons of hearts for valentines, pumpkins/corn for fall, love the 4th..we are very patriotic. I think we are planting some fun memories for the children and it helps them to appreciate their own families values/traditions. One day they will remember all this fun I helped bring about and they too can pass onto their children as well.
