Past boyfriends

Do any of you still have friendships with past boyfriends?

I do! Danny was my boyfriend my Sophomore year in high school. He is now married to Maisy. Mark and I attended their wedding and are friends.

Phil and I dated in my young twenties and he and Mark are now the bestest of friends! Phil and Sue have 5 kids. I think he likes coming to our house where it is quiet!! LOL!!!

peace,train

No, I don't have any relationships or friendships with past boyfriends, husbands, or lovers...but I did get the chance to stick a needle in a few when I worked in a laboratory..lol One asked me if I was still mad at them..for hurting me at the tender age of 15...I said..NOT TODAY, and NO LONGER! lol

Hugs, Janet

hmm I get a long fine with my first husband. We can talk and do something together if we have too. I just ran into a childhood boyfriend and had a nice conversation with him. But I can't think of anyone that we really spend time with who was an X on a regular basis.

We just recently went to CA and my new man of 9 yrs. (ha) got to meet an ex-boyfriend -actually we stayed at his home for two nights and he was a very gracious host. The two guys have talked on the phone, but never met-they really liked each other. My ex is the only person in the world who can make me laugh myself silly. He and I shared a special bond, but we could never have been married. He is too eccentric. It is nice for John to now have a face to put with the voice, when my ex calls and he is not jeolous, cause he knows there is no chance I'm leaving.

My first love and my EX hubby got along great in fact our last child/son is named after Kenny my first love and Otto (2nd hubby) and I spent 2 diff weekends with Kenny when we made trips to NJ. Sadly I lost Kenny in 98 he and I remained the best of friends and I still miss him terribly he came down here for Otto's funeral his widow (they were not married when Otto and I were there but were dating) and I remain friends too

I do not see any of my old boyfriends and have not chanced to meet up with any of them in the past several years. DH knows of some of them and has met one or two as I know of his. Have not met any of his.

I don't have anything against any of mine as the majority left by mutual agreement.

Just found this thread and think it is interesting. Hmmm, I sometimes see someone I dated when I go to Maine to visit my family but no one I dated seriously. The boy I dated my whole senior year in high school now lives in Alaska. We did not part on the best of terms - I broke up with him 2 weeks before our graduation no knowing he wanted to marry me. (Yikes! I was much too young and immature to think of marriage so breaking up with him was a good thing for me at the time) Anyway, he seems to contact me every few years or so. We will talk for hours either on the phone or online and catch up on each other's lives and then I won't hear from him again for another long while. I find that very funny. He was a great guy with a wonderful sense of humor. I just think it is funny that he seeks me out after all these years. He actually came to our 25th high school reunion and we got to talk very briefly. He hasn't changed much but the funny thing was his resemblence to my dh (except he is shorter). That was rather freaky!

I got 2 past girlfriends and I am still in touch with them. We spend a lot of fun together. It's nice that we started as friends, then lovers and then friends again.
