Now that summer is near and they are in abundance, anyone want to take a fruit and vegie challenge with me??!! See how many healthy frutis and vegies you can get in everyday?? Summer corn, tomatoes, peaches, melons...... now is a good time to try!!!!

A banana A garden salad red grapes sliced tomaotes and 2 cups pure fruit and veggie puree

Today I had: blueberries a banana strawberries a peach a small salad w'lettuce/tomato and cucumber garbanzo beans steamed carrots steamed spinach watermelon............and Lemonade!!!!!!!!
I find it so hard because I can not eat any fruit raw with a pit of seeds....limits what I can have!!!
I did have
Raw carrots...twice Raw green pepper Raw mushrooms raspberries ....also had some hummous(chickpea dip) 2 cups of fruit and veggie juice(no sugar added)

Today was not a good eating day...I have a bad UTI and my belly was upset so not much good went into it.
I did drink my veggie/fruit drink some raw carrots a banana
Hopefully tomorrow will be better

Holy cow, Train! You're going to be so healthy you won't be able to stand it! Great going! I'm nowhere near you--mostly golden raisins, bananas and watermelon. Oh, and avocado, tomato and romaine. With all the current flap over tomatoes and salmonella, I'm a little nervous about the tomatoes, though.
