Norma - our Carolina Pride coupons for hot dogs, little smokies, lunchmeat, sausage came out in Sept and were good through 12/31. Then, they kept putting each one on sale. The hot dogs have been on sale for 3 weeks now,$2.99, sale B0G1F, cost $.50 after coupons for l lb. hot dogs. I looked at my Word Pad list of what I purchase per month and what I pay and I do see that I got much better deals through the months of June. This month, I purchased $812 for $162. Today's purchases were shampoo, coniditioner and hair spray, none of it for me as it was all Pantene. CVS sent me an email saying the items were on clearance and there were coupons for $3/2 which were in the paper on 11/27. I had them in the envelope for the week of 12/1, went through the envelope and found 3 coupons so could purchase 6 items. One store clerk was so nice, sat on the floor and got the bottles of shampoo on the back of the bottom shelf. That is customer service! I ended up purchasing $36.84 in Pantene products for $1.26, so I was a "Happy Camper" today. My daughter and I are both blondes, so the brunette hair shampoo will go to the food pantry/community center.
Enjoyed the free bluegrass/gospel music tonight, the one I attend each Saturday night about 8 miles from my home.
Happy New Year to all. This ole gal is tired so getting in bed. Darn just noticed it is 2 a m. Spent the evening with Gina & Fam and also Sheila on my left and Robin on my right. They had never met, Robin has only lived there few months. Sheila is related to my g-son Adam on his Dads side. But as far as she, Gina & I we are still family. She her hubby and their girls all call me Granny. Nice saying goodbye to 2011 and hello 2012 with them.

Happy New Year to all. Today, I went to church, which is 40miles away, then to Anderson to the Goodwill 1/2 price sale. The clothes that are $.50 were on the $1 rack today, then cut in half, so same price as all other Sundays. I did buy a nice soft-sided round cooler which will be nice to move hot foods for a covered dish. Also purchasd some tops/sweaters/blouses, nice bright colors, and some spaghetti strap tops to sleep in, so comfortable.
Had a burger and coffee at Wendy's was so tired. Came home at 6PM and took a 3 hr. nap, so now refreshed.
Patti, I got the same Sunday coupon circulars in SC.
Our county offices, including the libraries, are closed tomorrow, so I'll miss going to pick up my coupons from the volunteers. Will do it Tues.
The trash man comes even on a holiday, so I'll put the can out for him tomorrow.
Started out as a nice day, then the wind and light rain came. Winds got higher as the day went on. Snow forecast for NC but not for SC.
