From what I have been told it is 6 months after they expire. I also send to bases/posts over seas. but cleaned my desk and now can not find the address would you want to post your German base address?

Charlotte - The military bases overseas can all use the expired coupons up to 6 months after they expire. The newsletter they sent me from the base in Europe says that. I try to send them within enough time for them to use them by the 6th month after they expire.

I clean out my files monthly and send the expired ones to one of six addresses that I have on a rotating basis. I believe that is one way we are supporting our troops.

There will be 5 inserts in tomorrow's papers. They are not all fat, so make sure yougo through everything to find them.
