I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. I am kinda relieved that it is over. Don't get me wrong, I love my family. My side of the family is easy. I make myself crazy to make my in-laws happy, I just need to understand that will never happen.
Melly, I know exactly what you mean...families that don't live with us can be difficult..especially when you can't please them..I have the same thing here too.
I wonder how many of us have this to deal with?
Maybe we can get ABEAR to poll this for us...it always makes me feel better when I know I am not the only one with difficult family members.
I too am glad Christmas is over...and I love Christmas...I just love to get my house back in order and know I don't have to go anywhere or cook anything special, or wrap any gifts, etc.
Thank you for the wonderful support. I am having a "duster day". My mom started it years ago. You wakeup and take your shower and put on pajamas again. I try to have this once a month. Sometimes I just catch up on my paperwork, deskwork. Other times I just stay in bed and read.
Melly, I try to do the same thing...I call them a jammie day. I give myself a facial, do my nails, and put on a comfy pair of flannel jammies...I usually throw something in the crockpot and crochet and watch movies...it has been awhile for me...I try to do the once a month thing too..usually it is when I am having my monthly cycle anyway...lol
There was a small flyer with my last Sunday paper and I just clipped them and put them as well as some more in an envelope to send out to you tomorrow Carol. Long white envie.

Thought for the Day
To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream;
Not only plan, but also believe.
I almost missed mine since it was stuck in one of the ads found two of them though. The coupons have been pretty scarce during December I hope January proves to be more plentiful.
I will have a small envelope to send in this week.
This time, the theme is going to be autumn/Halloween so your stories need to use smilies to express as many words as possible and your story should be focused on anything that has to do with autumn or Halloween.
Members will be allowed to submit one story pertaining to a Halloween story and one story pertaining to an autumn story. Please click here to enter!
