Onion Baked Chicken

Here is a recipe I made for dinner tonight....
*This is sooo Good...

Ingredients:

1 TBL Onion Powder

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Paprika

1/2 tsp Thyme Leaves

3-4 Lbs Chicken parts

1 TBL Oil


MIX:

Mix everything together in a small bowl.

Place Chicken Parts in baking dish and Brush with Oil

Then sprinkle with seasoning.

Bake 375 Degreee Oven for about 50-60 Minutes..

I served with Jacobs Choice, Fried Green Tomatoes in corn meal, and Corn..

Your onion bake chicken sounds so yummy! I have a family pack of boneless chicken breast and that would be perfect Fresh squash and peppers are plentiful now here...I am going to give it a try this week. We also love fried green tomatoes here and another favorite eggplant fried too. Thanks for the idea!

The Onion Chicken, posted by RenJac 1301, was wonderful! Jerry even remarked on how tasty it was! It was so crispy, juicy, and tasty. It was also easy to put together. All I had to do was mix the spices in a small dish and spray the chicken with canola oil(I'm on a weight loss mission) then bake it for an hour. The rest of supper cooked while the chicken was cooking. Spraying the chicken with canola oil instead of adding a Tablespoon of oil is the only change I made. It is delicious and easy to make. I give this a blue ribbon.
