Layered Strawberry Cheescake Bowl

3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups cold milk
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
2 cups thawed LITE Whipped Topping, divided
2 cups frozen pound cake cubes (1 inch) (
You will need about half of a 10.75-oz. pkg. pound cake to get the 4 cups cake cubes needed to prepare this recipe.)
1 square BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

COMBINEberries and sugar; refrigerate until ready to use. Beat cream cheese with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mix; mix well.

BLENDin 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP. Spoon half into 2-1/2-qt. bowl.

TOPwith layers of cake, berries and remaining cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate 4 hours.

Garnish with chocolate-covered strawberries just before serving.

I aren't a cheesecake fan as I don't like the cheese, but this ha my mouth watering just reading it.

I think that this could be one for the family though

I made this for Easter dessert when we went to my family for dinner. I put it in a large glass see thru bowl. It really looked nice.

Charlotte, I have awarded you a blue ribbon for this delicious recipe! It was so easy to make and I liked the fact that I didn't have to bake it. I substituted the fat free cream cheese for regular cream cheese and the lite cool whip for regular cool whip. My granddaughter ate the strawberries I was going to dip in chocolate so I'm just putting a swirl of chocolate on top. This recipe is so good (I only ate a small portion in the corner) that I'm taking it to a small church function today. I know I will get lots of compliments! Thank you Charlotte. I will definitely make this again.
