Chicken and Noodle Casserole

Cook4fun originally posted this recipe in What’s for Dinner November 2006:

2 small cans of chicken, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
2 cups wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
4 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
4 Tbsp. butter melted

Cook the egg noodles according to the directions. Mix the soup, milk, and chicken together and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir. Mix bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top. Cook about 5 minutes more. Yummy!

Futureteacher originally posted this recipe in What's for Dinner August 2008:

Chicken and Noodle Casserole

1 package egg noodles, cooked and drained
3-4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 cup mayo
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz shredded Colby Jack cheese, divided
garlic salt, pepper and Italian seasoning to taste
I usually mix the mayo and soup together, then mix and combine all ingredients in a greased 9x13 pan, reserving half of cheese. Sprinkle that cheese on top. Bake in a 350 oven for 35-45 minutes (until cheese is melted).

Congratulations on winning a Chef Guy for this recipe! Jan. 7, 2009

Chicken and Sea Shell Casserole

2 c. uncooked small shell noodles
1 can mixed veggies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 soup can of milk
cut up cooked chicken into small pieces. As much as you want.
salt & pepper
shredded cheese as much as you like and what ever kind you prefer.

Cook the noodles.
Heat all other ingredients in a pan.
Spray casserole dish with Pam, strain noodles and put in dish, mix other ingredients in. Put in 350* oven for 45 min. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top. Put back in oven till cheese is melted.
You could mix cheese into the casserole if you would want to do that also.
