Chocolate Mice 4 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate 1/3 cup sour cream 1 cup finely crushed chocolate sugar wafer cookies 1/3 cup chocolate cookie crumbs Melt the chocolate, and combine with sour cream. Stir in 1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate until firm Roll by level tablespoonfuls into balls.<it was easier to roll ball in crumbs go back mold it then re-roll> Mold to a slight point at one end (the nose). Roll dough in confectioners sugar (for white mice), or in chocolate wafer crumbs (for dark mice). I used cinammon sugar on some to look dirty On each mouse, place dragees in appropriate spot for eyes, almond slices for ears, and cut caramel cube into 4 slices roll between hands to make a snake for tail Refrigerate for at least two hours until firm
It's a little work but they are too cute I tinted coconut yellow and put chocolate sprinkles to make it look uhh "lived in" =0)
