Sugar/fat free hot chocolate mix

I have just made up some of this as my inlaws are diabetic and my dd wants hot chocolate after getting home from school daily, so I thought this would be a great somewhat healthier alternative. It smells divine!

Sugar Free Hot Chocolate

3 c no fat dry milk powder
1 c Splenda
1/2 c cocoa
1 - 1oz pkg fat/sugar free white chocolate or vanilla pudding mix

Mix all together. (I put it in the food processor and made it a little finer)
For a cup of Hot Chocolate, use 1/4 c mix to 1 c hot water.

Makes a great gift in a pretty jar.
