I think a body pillow would be more comfortable and it doesn't move aroung on its own. LOL

The soap helps leg cramps for me but does nothing for restless legs.

I use one of those travel pillows between my knees and that seems t help. I also put the bar of soap in my bed. My back did improve but never knew if it was the pillow or the soap that did it.
