I think so far for hubby and I it would have to be our 15th.......we celebrated with a trip to New York City...We had a wonderful time......
Our 10th was also a great time......I arranged for hubby to have time off work and then drove him to Kingston to a hotel that had fantsy suites.....we had the hot air balloon room...it was amazing...sauna, hot tub, 3 tv's, a bathroom bigger than my livingroom and an enormous ballon with basket for the bed.....Our maid of honor and best man joined us for dinner......but we had dessert and champagne in the room.....
hugs debbie

I have two. The first one was our 25th when our kids gave us a surprise party. They invited all of our friends, neighbours, and relatives and paid for everything themselves. Their 5 ages that year were 23, 22, 20, 16, 13, and then our 40th. 9 years ago they gave us two red maple trees as a surprise also. All anniversaries have been wonderful, but those two always stand out in my mind.
My favorite has to be my 25th. I had been in Mexico for the summer since school had let out to finish my Spanish credits. I got home just in time to celebrate my 25th anniversary.DH surprised me with an anniversary diamond ring. He then took me to the very same cabin we spent out honeymoon in! He said he wanted to take me to the resort but figured that I wouldn't want to be away from Jet-Bo, my dog, a day longer. First, he was right about me not wanting to be away from my baby any longer. But, it was even more special that we spent it at the cabin where we also spent out anniversary. He also took me to the resort's restaurant where I had roast duck and coconut shrimp. It was such a great meal.
Our plans for our 30th, which was in June, we are going to go to NC and celebrate in a big way. More details to come.
We went away for 2 nights down south, I think for our 10th anniversary, came back home and both boys had the chicken pox LOL 2 nights away and 2 weeks of ick!
The time away was great, up in the mountains, beside a creek with lots of wild life and fire, great.
.... then there was our 13 (says it all) we went up north and stayed in a cabin on a hillside that had great views, was a windy storm and turned out to be the coldest night in 14yrs, I have never been so cold in all my life no matter how much we snuggled! Branches flying of trees and hitting the cabin, windows rattled, the fire heater couldn't keep up ....... don't get me wrong we loved it all just very memorable for being funny LOL
22 coming up next month wonder what's on the list?
My favorite was our 5th anniversary at a Bed and Breakfast in Indiana, where we lived at the time.
Our 15th anniversary I was in bed recovering from a hysterectomy. Mark asked what I wanted for dinner (I didn't have much of an appetite yet, was still eating bland.).........I asked for chicken nuggets and peas. He put them on my plate shaped like a heart!!!!
Our 6 month anniversary -because we had more time to enjoy each other at the Madonna Inn (CA). I explained to the guest services that we were married in January and were unable to book a room the "weekend" of our wedding, so they gave us the bridal suite (discounted rate) and complimentary "wedding" celebration items (champagne, balloons, gift basket, etc).

2 come to mind, the year we moved into our current house and were very broke so we went to a little snack shop for dinner but somehow he found the money for it. Then a few years later we went to a very fancy and expensive place and ended up putting it on my charge the bill was so high. That was the first and the last time but I had jst gotten a raise so we thought what the heck
