instant ice cream
open freeze bananas (or any fruit, but bananas are naturally very sweet...) on a tray. Get your food processor running and whizz up frozen bananas, whilst quickly pouring in enough buttermilk to form soft-scoop style ice cream. There you have it; instant, healthy, yummy ice cream!
