North Pole Igloo Cake

Brrr! Feel the chill in the air when you sit this adorable igloo cake, with its penguin friends, onto the table in front of everyone! You’ll surprise everyone when you slice into it because it’s filled with ice cream!

What You Need

Ingredients for igloo: 1 box of your favorite flavor of cake mix + ingredients needed to make cake lg. container of Cool Whip ½ gallon of your choice of ice cream – match up flavor with cake Ingredients for penguins: large marshmallows chocolate almond bark white almond bark orange paste food coloring Also needed: Shredded, sweetened coconut 1 lg. metal mixing bowl cutting board or large tray for cake cupcake pan or 2 silicon baking cups 2 cupcake liners
