Football Sandwich Cookies

These soft, chewy football cookies are perfect for the next school pep rally or a Sunday tailgating party with the gang! Tint the icing to match your favorite team’s colors. Go team, Go!

What You Need

1/4 C. cocoa 1 1/2 C. flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 C. butter 3/4 C. sugar 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1 can of vanilla frosting or the icing recipe below football cookie cutter
