Holiday Wall Hanging

February 12th, 2013 posted by Ann DeLong

This wall hanging makes a great decoration for the holidays. Be sure to get started soon for this fun and festive project.

You will need:

Old Christmas cards 4 metal jar lids (mayo, mustard, etc) gold glitter 1 yard gold ribbon

If you make this project

we’d love to see it! Just send your photos and comments to the editor and it may get published on our Facebook fan page ! 1. Using lids as a guide, place over card surface framing the design to be cut out. 2. Trace the lid, cut out the design and glue the design to the inside of the lid. 3. Paint the inside rim of the lid with glue and sprinkle with glitter. 4. Paint the outside rim of the lid with glue and sprinkle with glitter. 5. Repeat with remaining lids. 6. Lay the ribbon flat on the table, glue the lids to the ribbon, leaving some space between. 7. Loop the top of the ribbon and glue, allow to dry before hanging.
