Sorry, I clicked on the link in the newsletter that asked, "What one thing would you like in your life that you do not have, and would it change you". Seems it took me to the wrong forum!

Usually if you have a reaction to it, you've got an allergy to it. My cousin kept having stomach and digestive trouble and all the test came back normal. A nurse asked if she was gluten intollerant, and she had no idea. The nurse (not the Dr.) gave her a gluten-free diet. After a week on the diet all the symptoms were gone. So she called the nurse for a referral to a Dr. that treats gluten intollerence. She has to stay on a gluten-free diet permanetly, but her health is so much better.
My sil has a reaction to ANY fresh fruit or veggie. Cooked it ok, but nothing fresh or his throat swells and he can't breathe. When we have salad, I usually saute the celery and onion in the pasta salad for him and we have a green salad. He loves fresh stff, but can't have it without severe consequences.
So, basicly, if you have a reaction everytime you eat a certain food, you probably are allergic to something in it

To my knowledge I am not allergic to any food stuff
but to lots of outside stuff. I take a pill every day to combat that
I will take what I am served knowing someone out there is being served MUCH less
