I think drinking plenty of water is good for us all.
I think it is very important.
I am doing better with drinking more water.
A lot of us seem to drink way to much coffee, and pop.

A vegetarian diet is good for cholesterol levels. Even if you don't want to become a vegetarian, eat some meals without meat every week.

Do you know how much sugar is in soda, breakfast pastries, fruit yogurt, sports beverages and chocolate bars? You might be surprised when you see actual photographs of serving sizes and the amounts of added sugar, fat and sodium they contain. There is good news in our game though Ė salads, vegetables, fruits and vinegars are all better choices
