Made a large 7 lb. roasting chicken in the Turbo Cooker. Kept turning it over so it browns and tenderizing evenly. The two legs were a meal for three. Love the sauce it makes when you stuff the chicken with apple. Also made roasted red potatoes in the microwave & zucchini. Be making chicken salad tomorrow for lunch and other meals another day. Was on sale so it was a better buy than a smaller one.
Hope you feel better catlover. The heat this summer is making everyone sick

Did make a new recipe from the leftover roasting chicken cooked in the turbo cooker pan. Made a soup from the bones with the chicken still on it. Used it for making rice & adding to the chicken and veggies stir fry meal. Still have a little cut up chicken for a sandwich tomorrow. The chicken was still very tender cooked again. Glad my family likes leftovers.

Made some sirloin steak in the air fryer tonight. It always comes out so tender and not dried out when I cook it frozen. I ground Dh piece of steak in the Ninja after I sliced it so He would have no trouble just in case. Felt bad leaving him out when we had plenty to share. He really enjoyed it! Made spinach and red potatoes.
