Happy 4th of July!!! Barbecuing with friends tonight. Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Potato Salad and Baked Beans. And made a pan of Éclair Dessert.

Made one of our favorite meals in the Turbo Cooker that is loaded with healthy vegetables for your body! Ground turkey with sweet potato cubes, shredded cabbage, onions, peppers, french string beans. Added a cucumbers sliced for extra crunch. At our age need all the vitamins we can eat. ________ Sueanne |
Dinner will be out tonight. We have to make a run to the grocery store after I get off of work at 8:00pm tonight.

Last night I made a frozen pizza in the convection toaster oven. Cooks fast and comes out tasty especially with the cheese in the crust. Had a big lunch so wasn't to hungry. _________ Sueanne |

Hubby is going to grill a couple of steaks tonight. I put a cajun rub on them. Going to have corn on the cob, pasta salad and baked potatoes as well.
