What's For Dinner....July 2018

Hot summer for most of us!

What are you cooking in these HOT HOT days! Have some nice cool summer recipes to share?

Do you still bake in these hot days? When I bake I take my counter top oven out to my deck and bake outside. I bought the largest counter top oven I could find with that in mind; I really don't use it much in the winter. I keep it in my walk in pantry on a cart so it is out of the way until time to take it outside.

We recently got a small propane grill to cook on the deck with so now in this heat I have a "Mini" kitchen. How do you manage in this heat? Looking forward to your ideas and recipes!

Your mini kitchen sounds great. I still bake as long as the ac is on.

My Bro and SIL are coming over today. Turkey burgers, keilbasa, dilled cucumbers, deviled eggs and macaroni salad.

I made a London broil in the nu-wave air fryer & potatoes, peppers & onions in the microwave. All cooked in no time at all. House has central air so cool inside.

Cooked a roasting chicken in the Turbo Cooker Pan find everyone enjoys how tender it is and moist. Cooked french style string beans & frozen birds eye southwestern protein mix. Made sweet potato in the microwave too. Have enough for a good salad tomorrow for lunch.
