Thank you Sueanne for that link to the air cooking appliances, it does help, but now I want both! Ha! just kidding.

Dinner on Saturday was a retirement picnic, not many WW choices so I had lots of fruit and some white meat chicken and three diet drinks. Went home and ate afterwards. The party was very nice though. Had we stayed it would have been marshmellows around a campfire. I wanted to get home and read a book, and thought it nicer that family stayed and talked, family reunions are so good to have. (I was not family).

Sunday we had pan fried chicken strips with yellow and green zucchini noodles. I had bought one of those wide peelers that work on tough skins and wow, does it work well! The sauce had some interesting ingredients in it: garlic, capers, shallos, yogurt, chicken broth. I also made coconut and cumin seed green beans, very good.

I like to make meals that you can eat with a spoon! One pot meals in the Turbo Cooker pan with ground turkey, onion, peppers, tomato, Bokchoy & french style string beans. Always cook sweet potato & red potatoes in the microwave to add to any meal. Make sure everyone gets their share of fresh veggies. Have enough leftover to eat for a lunch.
