What's For Dinner....June 2018

Summer time activities! What are you cooking for dinner? Lots of grilling by the pool, the backyard, or at a campsite? Have fun doing all the outdoor things and share what you are cooking!

Turkey meatballs, Bokchoy, red potatoes & sweet potato

Cooked every thing separate was very good. The Bokchoy was tender in the turbo cooker pan. Cook the potatoes in the microwave. Simmer the frozen meatballs in a pan with water to let them swell up nice and soft.

Had a late lunch after grocery shopping today so made a Tombstone everything pizza in the convection toaster oven. Cooked in twenty minutes was real filling. Was able to get it b1g1 so was a reasonable fast meal. Dh had fish fillets in the air fryer with sweet potato & spinach.

Made a roasting chicken stuffed with apple slices in the turbo cooker pan with papaya slices around it for tenderness. Also had yellow squash & roasted potatoes. The cover is high with a vent to let the steam out letting it cook faster and keeping the chicken moist closed.
