last night, we did mountain pie (over the campfire) ham and cheese and mustard sandwiches and grilled kabobs with mushroom caps and scallions and a mustard sauce

maybe tonight will be deconstructed stuffed peppers (soup) by skinnytaste recipe but I will add some splenda and vinegar for more flavoring

We ended up eating at Red Lobster last night, tonight, something easy. Fish Sticks and Mac and Cheese.

Grilling a small ribeye today for us, along with a chopped salad and some 12 grain toast. Sounds like good to me!

Ground beef with cabbage, onions, peppers & small red potatoes

Made our favorite meal in the turbo pan cooker. Comes out so tender you just eat it with a spoon no fuss.

Fried up a bunch of walleye yesterday for BFF and her DH and ourselves. Had fisheye salad with it (with acini de pp starring as the fisheyes,) tossed salad and deviled eggs. I stirred up a batch of tartar sauce for those who wanted it. It was all very good. Today, I think I'll do a little shrimp boil or maybe grill them...undecided as to sides, too. Still have tossed salad and still have fisheye salad, so that may be it!
