What's FOr Dinner.....April 2018

Made a Turkey meatloaf in the microwave tonight. Also made peppers, potatoes
and onions & french style string beans. Love how moist the meatloaf comes out cooked covered in a microwave dish.

For DH and I we will have leftover potato soup with a tossed salad made with mixed greens. Have grandkids for supper so they are having pasta in tomato sauce with meatballs and cottage cheese with grape tomatoes. They will have a bedtime snack of vanilla bean ice cream about 7 before they go home...
