Had to make a run to town yesterday (run...80 miles round trip..okay) so picked up some KFC w/taters and gravy, cole slaw, and biscuits...that was dinner. Today we are having Johnny Marzetti (aka hamburger hotdish. Or casserole.) Will be a nice change-up.
