What's For Dinner....February 2018

February is here! What good meals are you fixing for this month? Have some tried and true recipes you can share with us? Would love to see them!
Are you planning a special meal for Valentine Day; or a special dessert?

Ground turkey with veggies in the turbo cooker pan

Made ground turkey with cabbage, onion, red peppers, zucchini, cut green beans & sweet potato in my turbo pan cooker. It cooks with a lot of steam so everything come tender. My family loves eating all their veggies together so this works for me less pots.

Made a toasting chicken in the turbo pan on top of the stove. Added potatoes, carrots, onion, green papaya. Cook it upside down so the breast comes more tender. Makes its own brown chicken gravy as it cooks. Have enough for a nice lunch tomorrow.
