Ground beef with papaya, string beans, peppers, onion & tomato sauce zucchini & onion



Made our favorite quick meal with everything in it. Love all the fresh vegetables with the green papaya.

Frozen fish fillets in the Nuwave Air Fryer



Had a light meal tonight made frozen fish fillets in the nu wave air fryer also spaghetti squash mixed with stir fried zucchini was very good. Also sweet potatoes.

Made frozen eggplant parmigiana, meat balls & spaghetti. It was a delicious treat.

Yesterday we had tuna casserole (or hotdish, whichever you prefer.) Today will be breakfast for dinner...sausage patties, eggs and hash brown and some coffee. But just a little coffee....don't want to be awake all night. Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!!
