Making Turkey Noodle soup with fresh vegetables from all my bones and skin from the turkey breast from Thanksgiving. Will have some "everything" garlic bread with it!

Made ground turkey with zucchini, onion, peppers, peas, figs & papaya in the turbo pan. The small figs give the dish a sweet crunch. So far no one is complaining loads of healthy veggies.

Swai fish breaded in the nu wave air fryer

Cooked the swai fish in the nu wave air fryer. Was surprised how good it came. Made three pieces on each shelf with the rack. Also made frozen cauliflower with ranch dressing & sweet potatoes.

Turkey noodle soup for us today. I have some frozen for another time, along with pork posole and a couple different beans and greens in ham bone broth in the freezer! We love soup and I sure enjoy making it in that Instant Pot! The soup will come in handy in the next few days as it's supposed to get very cold....below zero and wind. Yuck!! But I guess it's time....
