Made Frozen fish fillets in the Nu Wave air fryer. Like the way I can cook ten at one time with the rack. Also like it with the Asian protein mix by Birds Eye. Cook it in the microwave in a covered dish instead of the bag. Added a little leftover broccoli.

Lauri, Glad You are enjoying the instant pot. Seems like it can do a
lot.

Lauri, you lucky lady! A second IP...wow! Your hubby must like it, too, or at least its results. I have made yogurt twice and need to again. I use This Old Gal's recipe for thick Greek yogurt and use a half gallon of fat-free milk at a time. I'm thinking I should just go with a gallon, though. Yogurt with fruit, muesli and cinnamon is my favorite breakfast so I go through it pretty quickly.

Today will be "hamburger gravy" over pearled barley cooked in beef broth. Probably some pan roasted broccoli and cauliflower also. Trying to cut back on low-quality carbs (potatoes, white rice, white bread and such.)

Our well has malfunctioned again, we thought over the weekend we had it taken care of. The main cut off was going bad and causing the well breaker to trip. Got all that fixed and now the fear is that all caused the pump to burn up! Rain and more rain so now they cant even get in to look at it! We had so many weeks of dry weather and now the rain comes! So until further notice they can't even look at it! So no water here! Cooking will be not much either! Can go to the hand pump 1/4 mile into the woods for animal water and bring some home to heat for dishes and bathing from the sink. This happened 3 years ago on December 23! Really cold weather is supposed to come in the next couple days so the only good thing about that is maybe the ground will freeze!

Thanks for the info Kell. I really want to try it. It is the one thing I have been a bit hesitant about. Hubby knows how often I use it, I guess I am a bit crazy with it. Cheesecakes come out amazing and so does banana cake.

Dinner tonight is breakfast for dinner. YUMMY
