Today is pan seared fish, curried brown rice for me, fried taters for DH, and probably some peas.

Last night we did whatever you could find!

Been rough here since the funeral Sunday, now trying to get to Louisville when we can and clear the house. So meals here are crazy again!

Last night I cooked some ground turkey breast, added taco seasoning, drained black beans and drained whole kernel corn. Put it on our plates and added shredded lettuce, fresh chopped tomatoes, sour cream, habernero cheese, homemade spicy salsa and served it with "scoops".

cat lover I love meals like that.

I am making wings tonight. Not sure of the topping yet. So it is going to be wings and rings.
