Dinner tonight is spaghetti with meat sauce. I usually shred some vegies into my sauce. Will make some garlic bread as well.

Meatballs with papaya, vegetables and tomato sauce

Made a package of frozen meat balls with peppers, zucchini, onion, tomato and papaya chunks. Added a can of tomato sauce with seasoning when it was almost cooked. Everything cooks fast and tender in the turbo pan. The papaya really makes the dish. Can eat it every night cooked a different way.

Last night we finished off the bourbon sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, broccoli rice casserole, and cranberries from Thanksgiving. We had and still have turkey breast left.

On Friday after Thanksgiving I caught turkey breast for 29 cents a pound! Wish I had room and I would have bought about 8! But since the old freezer is still being emptied I couldn't It needs to go out as soon as we get it emptied! The two new smaller ones are full! So anyway I plugged in the mini refrigerator in the guest house and put them in there to thaw. Was going to cook then last night, but they were still partially frozen! So they are in water and will cook them today. So I will be on the quest for recipes using turkey!

Tonight will be something with turkey!
