Finished up Thanksgiving leftovers earlier in the week, then made knoephla soup on Friday and biscuits and sausage gravy last night. Still feeling like breakfast today, so I'm thinking of cheese omelettes for tonight! We can have either toast and jam or biscuits with them.

Tonight, I used leftover biscuits from breakfast to make grilled ham and cheese biscuit sandwiches. I also had leftover soup from lunch and shrimp scampi. I basically, raided the fridge. DGD wanted poutine, so I made some for her.

Turbo Cooker Roasted Chicken With Papaya

Made my favorite turbo cooker roasted chicken with papaya! Gives it a nice golden color and plenty of sauce. Always cook it upside down so the breast and legs get tender. Buttercup squash, mashed potatoes and broccoli.

Will be going to the grocery store after work, so will pick up some sandwiches there for dinner.

Last night mixed leftover stuffing with can of drained french beans, some bell peppers and onion that wee in the fridge, layered that with turkey (cooked), poured turkey gravy on top and sealed casserole with a layer of mashed potatoes. Cooked in oven at 325 degrees for about an hour or till warmed through, then sprinkled shredded cheddar on top and returned to oven till cheese melted. Had colesalw with it.

The chicken meatloaf I made yesterday was awesome. Will post the recipe later.

I am thinking Salisbury Steak tonight.

Ground turkey with peppers, zucchini, ripe papaya & buttercup squash

Not a night goes by that I don't add papaya to a meal. So far it is helping everyone with digestion using the turbo pan cooker to tenderizes everything in a short time. Getting loads of vegetables cooked to perfection from steam.
