Christmas dinner will be Baked Ham, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Stuffing, Broccoli Cheese Casserole, Corn and Rolls..............Pies for dessert.

Tonight for Christmas dinner will be prime rib, veggie salad, green bean casserole, rolls, garlic mashed potatoes, and thyme au jus.

Made a turkey today with mashed potatoes,stuffed mushrooms & broccoli. Was the best turkey, stuffed ripe papaya inside and in the joints of the legs. Didn't have to baste it was very tender.

We had snack stuff yesterday. I am making a ham dinner tonight. Ham, sweet potatoes, corn casserole, brussel sprouts and bisquits.

Tonight, we are having leftover prime rib, mashed potatoes, again, leftover green bean casserole, leftover veggie salad, dinner rolls, and peanut butter cup cookies.

Leftover lasagne and salad along with some frozen multi grain bread baked up fresh for us tonight.

They were too stuffed full of leftovers for dinner so we had leftovers last night. Tonight will be beef tenderloin, baked potatoes, salad & rolls

Turkey Chow Mein.

Made a great meal with all the turkey leftovers. Added vegetables and gravy and served over rice. The turkey was very tender and moist so easy to make other meals and sandwiches with the leftovers. The soup for lunch was appreciated.
