Monday night we had Linguini with meat sauce.
Last night was leftovers.
Tonight I am making chicken tenders. Not sure what I will coat them with yet.

Last week I made a really tasty soup. Meatball and vegetable bow tie soup. My guys loved it. The recipe is long so I will tell you I found it on the Deep Dish South site. I love the recipes there.

It's Christmas eve almost lunch time here so I'd like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas may Santa be good to you, CHEERS! Eat, Drink and be merry.

We will be grazing from about 4pm on when I catch up with my brother and his wife for a few hours, they don't have the kids this Christmas.
My boys both have partners and finding it's fun fitting in everyones get togethers lol.

So no real dinner for us but we have all our summer fruits out, easy finger foods and may pop a pizza on the bbq (one with a hood they turn out fantastic on a pizza stone)

Will be grabbing something out in route to my folks house tonight.
Made pretzel coated chicken tenders last night. They were good.

Merry Christmas to all.

Hamburger or cheeseburger last night with a big green salad to go along with it. Lasagna and garlic bread for us tonight, with more salad on the side. Merry Christmas everyone!!

Tonight, I am making Pork Loin alla Focettina
, a recipe I got from Extra Virgin on the Cooking Channel. For sides, I'll make buttered egg noodles and mixed vegetables.
