Made our favorite meal in the turbo cooker, ground sirloin with peppers, onions, zucchini, green papaya & tomato sauce. It was soo good ate almost the whole pot between the three of us.

Tonight we are having strassburg sausage cut in thick slices, fried with an egg, tomato and cheese on a toasted english muffin. 2 each for the boys 1 for me.

Lauri: Everything cooks with hot steam and a little water the cover vent controls open or closed to make more liquid. Everything is steamed no frying except the meat when I brown it with a little olive oil. Everything in one pot cooks in about 45 min to the table. Easy clean up with the papaya added nothing sticks. Enough for three adults and some for lunch today for dh.
