Sharon I wonít give amounts since Iím cooking for 6 & you for 2
I browned grd beef
About half way through I dumped the grease and added onions, carrots and potatoes chopped fine & cooked about 5-10 mins more. Then added chopped red peppers and chopped garlic. I sprinkled with flour and cooked until mixed in added beef broth to make a gravy. I used Tuscan seasoning, amino & pepper as seasoning.
Took grand biscuits and rolled thin added a heaping tablespoon of meat mixture and folded over and used a fork to keep together. Put on greased cookie sheet and baked at 350 for about 20 -25 mins.

They turned out really well, I think parsnips would be good in there too but I didnít have any.
Tonight I'm making stuffed pork tenderloin, smashed potatoes , aspargus & broccoli

Made salmon tonight with broccoli & sweet potatoes.
The wild skinless salmon does taste better and can be cooked while still a little frozen so not as dry. Been putting the Italian dressing on everything I make for flavor. Dh likes the flavor and is eating more but doesn't know why. I am afraid he will start reading labels and not want it. Always stock up when they are on sale, healthy to eat.
