Going to use the sandwich maker ds bought me for Christmas. I think it'll be cheesesteak sandwiches, since dh and ds both like them. Not sure what I'll be making dd. Probably pasta of some kind.

It was back to work today, and what a dreary Monday it is weather wise. It's rather warm for this time of the year, and rainy! UGH!!!

Have a great evening!

Hi, Catlover, nice to "meet" you! I really am enjoying this thread. I know what you mean about the flooding. You all had tons of snow, didn't you? I can imagine all this rain isn't helping matters. Here's hoping for sunny weather soon! Boggzy, I love your puppy picture- so cute! Take care.

tacos tonight. Originally was supposed to be meatloaf or spaghetti but a co-worker was talking about having taco salad and the taco craving took over.LOL

OK, I am going to make those calzones I never got to last week. I have some sauce in the fridge that needs to be eaten up before it starts to get fuzzy. This will be a nice easy dinner. Looking forward to it already!
I hope I get them right this time so I don't have cheese exploding all over the place

WFD..

Navy bean soup and salad compliments of my MIL. It's wonderful when the girls go to visit, and bring back meals.

It's a bit chilly here today for our area ; so soup sounds just right for me! Also, there is less time to cook on music nights, my dd#2 has piano and flute lessons back to back at two different locations.

I have 4 dozen eggs in the fridge so I think it will be breakfast for dinner, scrambled eggs for the kids and omletes for the adults. Hash browns and toast some sliced tomatoes.

I have no idea what to make for dinner tonight. The freezer in the garage is being temperamental. I need to start consolidating the two freezers, so dinner is going to come from the freezer.

I guess I need to breakdown and buy another frig.
