Sonya~~if I was just a wee bit closer, I'd bring you some of my homemade chicken noodle soup. It makes a huge pot, and I even split it with dd & her dh and we still have at least 2 bowls left! Can you settle for a ((((hug)))) and a wish that you start feeling better real soon?
Tonight, dh is going to grill out a steak for us. It should warm up to about 50-53º, but he doesn't mind grilling out unless it is really raining or snowing. I'll make some twice baked potatoes and throw together a salad. Are the price of tomatoes high everywhere, or just in my neighborhood?? They have come down a tiny bit, but geez~~they sure are pricey. Dgd will be here tonight (almost 18 months old) and so I will whip her up a little mini meatloaf, mac'n cheese and peas. She likes salad, so will offer her some of that too.
Tomorrow, is my friend's Annual Chili Cook-off. I won 1st prize last year
