Whats for dinner-Jan

Your dinner sounds good Deb just might do that as all here seem to like "breakfast" for dinner. I had that many eggs stocked up when baking but not any more since not baking as much. But we do eat good many boiled eggs here too. Good day all

Jumbalaya is sounding good right now-I think I have all the ingredients. Dd's don't like it so they may get leftovers. Makes a huge batch so thats just more for us-freezes well too!

Hi, for dinner tonight, we are having a mexican casserole to use up the leftover chili from the other night. I just added rice, sour cream, corn, and cheese on top. Not terribly exciting, I'm afraid, but at least it won't go to waste. Have a good day all!

Yes jjoj we had lots of snow! But now with all this rain the snow doesn't seem to bad. We don't have a road anymore to get out on and rain for three more days. Thank goodness I have a big pantry stocked and a freezer!

Fixing unstuffed pepper soup and cornbread for supper tonight. A little chill in the air with all this rain. It is only 46 degrees right now so looks like cooler weather is returning also. Made some butterscotch and some chocolate pudding for dessert with fat free cool whip on it. The apple pie I made the other day only lasted two days. Hubby ate it for breakfast also! Guess no worse than eating doughnuts though.

Have a good evening!
