Donna the 6 proteins is that 6 oz a day or 6 servings of proteins?

I'll have to check out the website.

Right on Donna! You are doing great!

Oh, and Taco Bell's Fresco menu is Yummy, small portions and you can get everything sans cheese, although they dont put enough cheese on to make a difference!

Good girl! keep it up!

Hi Roberta,
it's 6 palm sized servings of protein a day (which is about 3 ounces)

Hi Roberta,
I know it sounds like a lot, it's not all meat though.
I have meat once or twice a day maybe chicken strips on a salad or a piece of turkey breast, fish a couple times a week, two of those protiens a day are dairy, maybe a cup of milk or a scoop of cottage cheese or yogurt, the others might be an egg, a T of nut butter or an ounce of nuts!
Very little red meat, maybe once a week......
It's a good variety!

I'm eating tons of fruits and vegetables, too!

hugs, train
