Donna, that is fantastic news! With as busy as you are and with all that dancing, it is now wonder you kept it off! You should be truly proud!!

Connie, I am still doing exercise, but not as much and have added the dancing!!
As well, I still count my fat grams but I let myself have treats over the holidays!

Time to get serious again!

I was doing pretty well until my vacation! I don't think it's fun to go on a vacation and not get to enjoy all the local foods.
That wouldn't have been bad except for I have been home a MONTH now and am still eating like I am on vacation! LOL!!

I needed some new motivation so went to Barnes and Noble today and came home with this book:

The Eat Clean Diet by Tosca Reno

www.eatcleandiet.com

I plan on starting in two weeks. We need to eat up all the hotdogs and bacon and chips etc, etc. Then I will start fresh with a clean pantry.

I do plan on getting back to the gym Monday so will have two weeks of exercise in before I start the diet. (This is how I started last time. IF I start a eating plan and exercise in the same week I get overwhelmed. )

Though the book title has the word diet in it, it's more of a lifestyle change , really.
Eating plan is my choice of words rather than diet!

Check out the websight and if it sounds like your cup of tea the book is 16.00.
There is a forum on the websight where you can get the gest of it.
Anyone want to join me with doing this eating plan?

hugs, train
