I have started drinking water with lemon in it too. when I go out to eat, I just order water with lemon instead of soda or diet soda. when I crave soda, I drink sparkling water with lemon essence. I guess it is one small positive change. I really try to stay away from artificial sweeteners. They just always leave a bitter aftertaste in my mouth. I am determined to get back on track this week. I am going to make the effort to walk every day and to eat healthier. i am sure I have gained the weight I lost back from falling off track and am determined to lose 20 pounds before my brothers wedding at the end of June!
