Overkill on chocolate

When it comes to chocolate I have no will power. I was doing pretty good with keeping track of everything I ate. I am still walking atleast 3 times a week doing 2 miles. But Easter came and my waist line went. I tried to get the kids to hide it but it calls me when they are sleeping. It is a new day and a new beginning.

If you really want chocolate why not try the Sugar Free Chocolates. I find Russell Stover to be really good

Thanks for the tip. Are they available in Canada? I can't find smart one's ( I think that what they are called) the weight watcher friendly product in Canada. I am going to go back to ww. That is the only way for me.

If you truly have no will power I don't know if this will work for you but I too am addicted to chocolate and so I still eat some every day..miniature chocolate bars are only 50 calories so I will have one, sometimes two, as long as I still count the calories I think it is fine. also Costco has these wonderful biscotti that are dipped in chocolate, 150 calories, they are a great afternoon snack. and chocolate chips are, trying to remember here, I think they are 70 calories for a tablespoon, melt it down and drip it over fresh strawberries, such a yummy 100 calorie treat.
gina.
