Anyone care too join me?

I am in desperate need of losing some weight and could use some support. Any one else in the same boat, and want too join in? I had lost 65 lbs. and kept it off for a year even though I never did lose the final 35 I wanted too. But last summer when dh job started cutting back, my stress level just went thru the roof and it has stayed there. And I have gained a almost 25 lbs. back, which I am sick over. I desperately want too get it back off by summer. But am not doing very good at it by myself right now. So anyone else out there?

Oh most definitely. I bought a new jogging stroller and now it's too danged slippery and cold old to use it :-( Excuses excuses!

I need encouragement and reminders to drink my water and eat better. I love my coffee too, bad, bad, bad!

How about if you remind me to drink my water, ask me what I ate, and tell me to cut down on my coffee and I can ask you whatever you want! LOL I'm serious!

Then maybe I'll have the energy to do this --

Sounds good too me! I too need too drink my water. Its a hassle, because my water is not fit too drink. So i have too buy water, and if I run out or get low I stop drinking. I used too now allow myself a cup of coffe until I had drank a full glass of water. Then I wasn't allowed my second cup until I had drank another glass of water. it worked really well there for a long time. But now I just drink the coffee and no water!
So should we start fresh tomorrow and report in?

That sounds great! And I'm in the same boat as you. My water is gross too. I have three gallons of drinking water on hand right now.

Here's a tip. Each time you run an errand, get a jug of water. That way there's always extra on hand.

I like your idea about drinking water before your coffee! Right now I'm totally craving a cup o' joe.

Hey....can I join in too?

I would like to have someone to answer to besides myself....my reminders to drink water, never get heard coming from myself...lol
and I drink sodas...too many.....I have been on a diet with my DH for 1 week, he dropped 10 pounds and my clothes are actually getting tighter

I am taking Hydroxycut with him, but he is drinking water and working out of the house....I sit at the computer and drink soda's...so I guess that is my problem, huh?

Anyway, I would like to join you guys

Join right in mamawolf! I made a gingerbread house today, so my sugar intake was a bit high LMAO

I think we all agree that:

1) our water intake stinks and needs improvement
2) we are fairly sedentary
3) we are either in love with coffee or soda

Sounds like we all have a lot in common! Starting tomorrow morning I promist to improve these three things. I have a yoga tape and should really watch it and do the stretches. How hard can that be??? I haven't had a cup of coffee since this a.m. and I will admit I am jonesin'! It's almost 3:00 and I am in need of a cup. LOL How about if I drink some water before I have a cup? What a great idea that is Aubry!

Tommorow is a good day to start!!

Even though I haven't had one single soda since I posted a couple of hours ago......tommorow sounds like the perfect day to start!

Laugh if you will, but this is hard for me.....I drink at least 2 liters of soda a day!!!!! And I already have a headache from lack of caffeine....I am drinking decaffeinated tea but no water yet...I'm trying

I totally understand! I normally have three cups of coffee in the a.m., then late a.m. or lunch time I have another cup or two, then afternoon another one or two and then more at night after the kids are in bed. :-( Nasty habit, hard to break

Hello everyone,
Can I join in here too. I know it is very important to love yourself for who you are and to love the body you are in but right now I don't love it I am actually quite disgusted with it and since I am going on a trip in a few months I want to feel real good about myself. I want to feel healthier and look a little better.
My sister and I are going to do a little support system thingy for eachother. I am really excited about it so I hope it sticks;-) .
