Chilled Red Beans and Rice

Chilled Red Beans and Rice

1/4 cup Italian dressing
3 tbsp water
2 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/8 tsp black pepper

1 (15 oz) can red kidney beans, drained
1 cup cooked long grain rice,chilled(don't use salt or margarine when making it)
1 cup sliced celery
3/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup tomato, chopped

Combine first 7 ingredients in a jar, cover and shake. Chill. Combine dressing mixture, kidney beans,and next 4 ingredients in a medium bowl and toss. Cover and chill. Makes 5 ( 1 cup servings)
