    Cottage Cheese Loaf

    1 small/medium onion, chopped
    2 tablsepoons margarine
    2 teaspoons beef seasoning
    3 eggs
    2 cups cottage cheese
    1/2 cup dry bread crumbs (I like pepperidge farm, the ones in the blue bag, I think they're italian seasoned)
    dash of Worcestershire sauce (if you like the taste of it)

    Saute onions in margarine; add beef seasoning. Beat eggs slightly, and mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Pour in 9x9 pan. Bake at 350 about 45 minutes,
    or until set. Serve with brown gravy if desired.
