Cornbread Turkey Pot Pie

Cornbread Turkey Pot Pie
1 - 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 - 8 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
2 cups cubed cooked turkey
1 - 8 1/2 oz pkg corn muffin mix (I made up my own cornbread mix)
1 egg
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a 9" pie plate mix the soup, corn and chicken. Mix the muffin mix, milk and egg. Pour over the turkey mixture. Bake for 30 minutes or till browned. Makes 4 servings
